Shipping policy

Singapore shipping options for your order will be available to view at checkout. 

Same day delivery

If you place your order before 11am on a business day (ie. not a weekend or public holiday), same day delivery is available for $10.

This service is provided by Lalamove, so someone will need to be home between 5pm-10pm to accept the delivery, or at the very least, let the driver into your building to deliver to a secure spot. Lalamove is a one-way service so if the delivery is unsuccessful (eg. wrong address was provided or driver can't enter your building for delivery) a redelivery charge will be incurred. 

Express delivery

We offer free express delivery on all orders. 

This service is provided by SPX and Ninja Van with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days. If the delivery is unsuccessful, SPX and Ninja Van will reattempt delivery on a different day free of charge; additional delivery reattempts will incur a redelivery charge.
