Questions about using your product
For help with how a feature works or how to fit your car seat or pushchair, WhatsApp is the quickest way to get a walkthrough. Your user manual also covers the basics.

Spare parts
To check whether a part or spare is available, send us your product name and a description of the part you need, and we will let you know what is available.

Warranty claims
Every Maxi-Cosi product comes with a standard 24-month warranty, and selected products qualify for extended cover when you register them. See our warranty page to start a claim or learn what is covered.

Product registration
Registering your product within six months of purchase unlocks extended warranty cover on selected items. Register your product on the Maxi-Cosi Product Registration page.

Orders and delivery
For an order placed on the Maxi-Cosi Singapore website, including delivery, a missing item or a return, please include your order number when you get in touch.

Repairs and service

We do not currently run a service centre or repair facility in Singapore. If your product has a defect covered by the warranty, get in touch and we will guide you through the claim and arrange the next steps. See our warranty page for how this works.
