Our warranty programme reflects the trust we place in the design, engineering, production and performance of every product we make.

Alongside the standard 24-month warranty, we also offer an extended warranty of up to 5 or 10 years total on selected products, when you register them on our website within six months of purchase. It takes only a minute, and it gives you years of cover. Register your product now.

How does the warranty work?

You can make a warranty claim if the product was purchased through an authorised dealer or retailer, or directly from the official Maxi-Cosi Singapore website.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in line with the user manual. A 24-month warranty from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer is always applied. By registering your product on our website within six months after purchase, you can get an extended warranty on selected products.

To request repairs or spare parts under our warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, please provide your proof of purchase. The purchase must fall within the warranty period, or within the extended warranty period if you registered your product.

Products purchased from retailers or dealers who remove or change labels or identification numbers are considered unauthorised. Products purchased from unauthorised retailers are also considered unauthorised. The warranty does not apply to these products, as we cannot confirm their sale condition and authenticity.

What is not covered by the standard or extended warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear (wheels and fabric worn down by regular use and the natural breakdown of colours and materials due to normal ageing of the product).
  • Damage caused by accidents, abusive use, negligence, fire, liquid contact or other external cause.
  • Damage which is the consequence of failing to comply with the user manual.
  • Damage caused by contact with other products is not covered. For example, if the fabric of your stroller is pulled or damaged after catching on rough materials.
  • Damage caused by service carried out by anyone not authorised by us (for example, self-repairs or aggressive cleaning).
  • If the product is stolen or if any label or identification number has been removed from the product or has been changed.

What to do in case of defects?

For products purchased through an authorised retailer, your first point of contact for a warranty service is that retailer, as they recognise our warranty. Please make sure to provide your proof of purchase within the warranty period when requesting a service.

For purchases made via the official Maxi-Cosi Singapore website, please submit your service request via the contact form. Please include all relevant product details.

If you submit a valid claim under the standard or extended warranty conditions, we may request that you return your product to the authorised dealer or retailer or that you send it to us in line with our instructions.

Damage and/or defects neither covered by our warranty nor by the legal rights of the consumer and/or damage or defects with respect to products that are not covered by our warranty can be handled at a reasonable fee.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time; we suggest you consult this page periodically. Last updated 1 July, 2026.
